- 1932 Tomás Galguera Martínez begins exporting coffee from Oaxaca (café pluma zone)
- 1970 The brothers Galguera Peruchena, take over the management of the company
- 1985 The era of Galguera Gómez SA de CV arises giving strength to the coffee of origin (feather coffee)
- 1986 Construction of warehouses and coffee factory begins
- 1992 Jesús Galguera Gómez takes over the management of the company
- 2005 Galguera Gomez fortalece la autenticidad del CAFÉ PLUMA
- 2005 Galguera Gómez strengthens the authenticity of CAFE PLUMA and expands its supply from other high quality regions such as Mixteca, Cañada and Sierra Norte.
- 2020 Galguera Gomez offers high quality coffee from the state of Oaxaca and the rest of Mexico.
